Roommate needed!

Description

Hi! We are located in a quiet neighborhood about min from North Park, SDSU, and Hillcrest, and min from balboa, point loma, downtown, and Coronado! The room has vaulted ceilings, a large closet, and hard wood floors. The room shares a bathroom with the other room(male). There are no lights in the room so you're free to add whatever kind of moodsetting lights you want.  We will consider pets. The pet deposit will be $ per pet, but there are exceptions. There is a yard  for them as well.
The house itself is bright and peacefull with a lot of natural lighting, vaulted ceilings throughout, and modern appliances (includes washer, dryer, solar panels, AC, and heating). There are also multiple outdoor areas all around the house so you can hang out with friends privately, or you can hang out with the housemates.              
There is a ton of street parking, and there is a privacy fence and security installed. If you are interested or have any questions please feel free to text me or give me a call. I do require proof of income, as well as renters insurance.

A little bit about us, We are two lesbians with 3 overly friendly cats and a Goofy pug named Harold. We like good shows, wine/beer, and kickbacks occasionally.
We are looking for a roommate who is clean, easygoing, respectful and communicative. We would like someone we can hang with but also respect each other's space. We would prefer military but if youre responsible, respectful, and fun that works for us :)

Also, if you dont have a lot of stuff or are looking for a furnished room, we do have extra furniture and are always willing to help out (:
