Beautiful home located in Burleson

Two bedrooms available at $ a month for each plus $ utilities to cover water and electricity usage. There is a bathroom next to the bedrooms. If the second room is rented out, it will be a shared bathroom between roommates.
There is a community lake for fishing (catch and release) and a community pool. My monthly mortgage is $ plus and going up soon on a tier. I do live in the home. I like to cook and also stay pretty clean. We can work together and keep this new home in good shape. We can also discuss lease length.
