We’re currently looking for a tenant to rent the entire lower level of our townhouse. This is a sq ft space with a private living room and bedroom. In this rental you’ll also have access to an in-unit washer and dryer, a full private bathroom, and a shared half bath, kitchen, and an additional communal living space.

You’ll have privacy and independence if you’re someone who thrives alone, but the space is also perfect for entertaining. We are fine with respectful guests visiting anytime, we just make sure to have open communication!
