This is early, but I'm looking for a new rooommate October 1.

-- I rent a duplex in the Mills district close to The Fresh Market. Been here for about 8 years now.

Current roommate is moving to Tampa and I'd rather not leave yet.

This year we're $ each + renters insurance which is like $7 each. Only other shared bills are electricity (OUC) and internet (ATT Fiber).

The rent will more than likely go up with the new lease as is unfortunately normal but the home is personally owned and paid off by the owner so we've been lucky for it to be a small increase each year.

I have 2 cats and have already checked with the realty company who have said they're unwilling to accept any more pets on the property so unfortunately that's a deal breaker if you have cats/dogs.

July is still pretty early but want to keep advertisements casually open on a couple of places, see what happens. If you're interested DM me and we can talk more about it.
