Hello! I have a bathroom apartment that I am looking to rent the other room out for. The room comes with a walk in closet and a private bathroom. First floor. Patio. Already furnished except in the second bedroom. The room is move in ready. No smokers, no kids, no partying. I work from home so i’m usually here most of the time. $/month plus $ each for wifi and power bill (bill fluctuates). Females only.
