👥 Guests are welcome, and the backyard is fully available for your use.

All utilities and other bills are included in the rental price. There are no additional charges.

– Keep shared areas (kitchen, bathroom, living room) clean and tidy
– Respect the home and each other’s belongings
– Be responsible with rent and communication
– Smoking allowed only outside
– No pets allowed
