PSA: We do conduct a minor background check with credit check as a formality to ensure a safe space for everyone. The home are fully furnished for your convenience during your stay. Housekeeping bi-weekly are one of the great amenities that is offered as a split cost among the three future Roomies. Students are welcome and professionals.
