We have a room open in a b house in San Carlos. The lease starts and the down payment is around $. Rent is $ +utilities which are on average around a month (water,electricity,and WiFi). On call handyman, lawn service, and when needed pest control are all included. We do work late nights so we come home late and will be making dinner,etc so if you are a super light sleeper it might not be the pick for you. Washer and dryer are both brand new. Currently we do have a cat and there might be a dog later on in the year! All the common area spaces are already furnished.
