This is a beautiful home that is in a quiet neighborhood, clean, modern, and very comfortable. All utilities are included, as well as lawn care and weekly housekeeping in common areas. The home has wifi, washer and dryer, use of all common areas including executive office with printer. All utensils. Towels. Sheets, pillows, etc. are Also included. Outside spaces, swimming pool right in front of the house. Kids playground. 2 minutes walk to 5 restaurants, shipping, hair salon, dentist, ABC, etc. This is for 1 person, no more than 2 guests at a time and no overnights. If you want boyfriend/girlfriend to stay, rent is negotiable. 1 parking space. Walk to everything. We occupy a mother-in-law suite attached, but separated with our own entrance, kitchen etc., but stay mostly at our other house in Florida, so you will pretty much have the whole place.
% No Smoking or vaping inside of any kind. You are welcome to smoke outside on either of the porches. No Pets and no Parties. Must have a proof of employment and pass background check.
