There are unfinished walls and further renovations planned.


The room is just over and has two small closets. It is minimally furnished with a bed frame. You would need to provide your own mattress. I can help you pick up furniture. 


Price: make an offer. Come see the place and make a fair bid based on the circumstances. Pay pro-rated first month's rent, last month's rent and one month deposit to start.


No smoking in the apartment, nor on the balcony and the balcony will be unavailable due to renovations.


There are 4 rooms and currently no common living area. 


The apartment is located right by Heemstedestraat metro, under two minute walk to the tram stop (#2 to Central Station & Nieuw Sloten) under 3 to the metro(# to Central Station/Gein and Isolatorweg) Under minute walk to Lelylaan train station and another 6 minutes by train to Schiphol Airport.  minute bike ride to Museumplein.


The room faces west, right by the train tracks. I hardly heard the train/metro after 2 days, but you may be different. The room has a nice view on the adjacent canal. 


The kitchen is small and currently has a temporary countertop and cabinet.  In terms of appliances it has: kettle, single induction stovetop, dishwasher, air fryer. More will be added.  

There is a washing machine in the hallway closet.
