Furnished Room Rental

I am an environmental professional. I am looking for a room to rent by August . I would prefer a furnished room in a house and don't mind sharing communal space with others (not picky on gender/sex). I would prefer a month-to-month agreement but I’m hoping to stay long-term. My rental budget usually (incl. utilities and internet) but I’m open to negotiating a fair and reasonable price after discussion. I would prefer a place without pets, but it is not a deal breaker. I don't drink, smoke or do recreational drugs/paraphernalia. I would need a place with parking space. I am usually reserved but can be sociable in the right moments. I keep a clean place and don’t mind doing a bit of housekeeping.
