Would actually reduce the rent to $ if you are willing to pet sit when I go down the hill. I am never gone for more than 2 days. I am sober but do not mind if you are friendly. No heavy drinking or drugs are allowed. You will have access to the kitchen with dedicated shelf and fridge space. You will also have access to washer and dryer. Plenty of parking.
