Back House for rent in late August

Our private entrance newly renovated back unit sqft studio will be available for rent starting late August. We are looking for a single occupant for a minimum year long lease. No pets. The unit has a Washer and dryer, private patio area, and Air Conditioning. My family lives in the front house. We have an almost 2 yr old and a Pomeranian dog. You have a completely private entrance on the side of the house and a privacy fence separating your space from ours. Neighborhood parking. Utilities will be in addition to the rent. The studio will come unfurnished. And we will require a refundable deposit plus first month’s rent to move in.
