rooms available for the right person in a quiet, peaceful shared household with two sweet dogs (please note, we’re not accepting any additional pets at this time).
I am offering flexibility—perfect for someone in between leases, new to the area, or simply looking for a short-term, low-commitment living situation. Shared utility costs are added at the end of each month.
One month’s rent and a nonrefundable deposit of $ are required at move-in to cover utilities at move-out.
The home is located in the Belmar/Bear Valley area of Denver, a peaceful neighborhood ideally situated on the outskirts of the city. It offers great access to major highways while being tucked among parks, scenic waterways, and bike paths.
I am always working on improving the home, featuring a backyard oasis with a sauna, blooming flower beds, and thriving vegetable gardens.
