Hi! My dad and I are looking for a new roommate to join our 3-bedroom home in San Clemente—just one block from the pier and walking distance to downtown, coffee shops, and the beach.

    •    Bonus: we have our wiener dog and yorkie terrier that will be coming over half of the week. (We share them with my brother who lives up in Laguna niguel).

You’d be living with me, my dad, and our adorable doggies that will be coming over a couple times a week. We’re super easygoing, friendly, and keep things mellow around the house. We both work and live active, beachy lifestyles, so we’re looking for someone kind, clean, and laid-back to share the space with.
