Seeking female roommate

Description

I am looking for a female tenant who is interested in renting a room in my townhome. This can either be a short term or long term (no more than three years).
I do have one room available for rent. You will have your own private bathroom and access to the laundry room washer/dryer on the second floor. I already have a dog, therefore, additional pets are not accepted. Common areas will be shared. I leave my home at 7 a.m and won’t be home until 6 p.m. The room will be available for rent in October.
Rent will include utilities and internet. Street parking is available next to the home.
