I am a single Christian woman, mother, grandma and an empty nester. I work 2 Independent Contractor positions in the Transportation industry. And, am saving for my short and long term goals. So, I have decided as an empty nester that renting a room is what is best for me. I highly prize my peace and quiet. And, although I am new to renting a room I am highly respectful and considerate of neighbors and the right to peace, quiet and privacy. I don't involve myself in drama, drugs or crime of any kind. I go to work, go to church and go home, then rinse and repeat. Above all, my children and grandchildren are my world and will occasionally visit me in my room only or out and about in the City to bond and spend family time together. They are not loud or disruptive and are very respectful.
***If my family is an issue for you please do not consider me as a roommate/tenant because that's where I will absolutely draw a line.
