NEW AUG 1st

Howdy! I'm Sidney, a yr old Louisiana transplant to Los Angeles of almost 2 years. I'm looking for someone to take over my roommate's part of the lease for AUG 1st.

- nd/top floor unit of a WeHo apartment. Our landlords are a sweet couple who are very attentive, respectful, and generous!

- utilities: gas, electric, and interest. Water/plumbing covered by the HOA.

- amenities: W/D in unit, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, LOTS of kitchen storage, hardwood floors, parking spot

- your bedroom: slightly smaller than mine, but still has own closet and bathroom. Your bath, across the small hallways, has a tub/shower combo

- parking: 1 gated, underground spot for you
I park on the street with parking permits (paid for by the landlord).
There is a $ price difference in our rent because of the parking space.

- no smoking, pets, or loud parties

- "move-in fee" = $/2 the total rent)

I've included pics from the original listing back in Oct as well as current ones of our shared living space. The bedroom/bathroom featured is the slightly smaller one that's available! (the wall is no longer blue)

I'm gone from the unit of the month. I have my own pet sitting company, so I'm often housesitting, especially during holiday season. Don't worry, I never bring pet clients home!

I don't smoke or throw parties, only the occasional gathering of friends for game night or a rehearsal with scene partners from my acting class. I'm very respectful of the quiet hour rules am.

I have never paid rent or a bill late. I've lived with roommates for almost years now. I believe in respectful communication, establishing boundaries up front, and peacefully sharing the space.
I'm looking for someone responsible, clean, respectful, fun, reliable, and creative!
