Looking for a clean, respectful roommate to share a spacious apartment in Washington Heights. The available room is unfurnished, fits a full/queen bed and a desk, and gets great natural light. Rent is $ a month (not including utilities such as wifi and electricity bill). I also ask to provide an additional $ upfront as a security deposit.
