I'm quiet, clean and respectful and it is most important that you are as well.
I'm passionate about fitness and nutrition. I workout and use the gym in the building as often as I can.
I rarely cook as most of my meals are plant based and require little to no cooking at all. Also, the building has great amenities such as a twenty four hour doorman that accepts and stores packages at your convenience, a beautiful large luxurious lobby, elevators, a fully equipped fitness gym, private music rooms, a library and study room, beautiful outdoor courtyard area and rooftop access with great views of the city and access to lots of transportation, entertainment and restaurants in short walking distances.
