Description

Looking for (m) to take over my lease at Mountaineer village. It is for bath in a bath unit. Rent is $/Month without utilities (usually about $). Comes furnished, washer and dryer and a/c included. Some amenities include a clubhouse with a game room and a gym, a pool, and a fire pit. It's a great spot and safe as well, I just had an emergency and need to move home for the year. The roommate's are very nice and very clean.

The security deposit is $ and the application fee is also $ which I will cover if decided to apply.

Parking is included with visitor parking as well.

Mountaineer village is also offering a $ gift if you sign with them this month!
