Room for rent available on August 1st, with the possibility to move in starting July th. I absolutely love the area and management at this complex, it’s in the Belmont Heights neighborhood of Long Beach.

What I’m looking for in a roommate:
I'm hoping to find a roommate who is kind, empathetic, and communicative. I appreciate people that handle conflicts with a calm, solution-focused mindset. I’m pretty laid-back and value a peaceful home environment where both roommates feel comfortable.

A little about me:
My name’s Grant! I’m a year old gay guy who has lived in Orange County and Long Beach my whole life. I have an adorable Samoyed named “Floof” who loves attention. Some of my hobbies are weight lifting, volleyball, and anything music or creative related. My current roommate is relocating to Hollywood hence why I am looking for a roommate.

Details to note:
I am looking to sign a year lease with a new roommate. Rent for your portion is $ utilities we split which come out to $ per person monthly. The security deposit is $. Most (basically all) of the furniture seen the photos are my current roommates and he will be taking it with him so we will have to find some new pieces or I’m totally open to you bringing any of yours. There are two parking spots in the back of the unit that are unassigned/considered first come first serve to all tenants in the complex. Although street parking is easy to find in comparison to most parts of Long Beach. There is one washer and dryer outside of the unit that is coin operated. I am not a big party-goer, I occasionally have friends over briefly, but never have overnight guests. The on- manager will have you fill out an application and do a credit check on you to get approved.
