We are off N Wilton and Santa Monica Blvd. The location is convenient, it’s right off the and close to a lot of great spots in LA.

The space comes with a garage, washer/dryer, parking, central AC. It’s a relatively newer building so all the appliances work great. The building is gated for additional security (we’ve never had an issue in that regard) our neighbors are chill and everyone’s respectful. All in all, it's really good deal for what you get in this area.

Pets are fine.

Roommates will be 2 dudes, laid back, relaxed and clean environment. Looking for people who match that vibe.
