Washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stove included. For Couples I will have to charge extra as it is an added person as well as if you have an existing animal. * furniture in pictures are not the current furniture.
On the 3rd floor right next to laundry are two rooms, Other 2 rooms have walk in closets as well just a bit smaller and a private bath. Very nice and quiet area close to freeway and Slauson.

Each guest room will have their own locks but kitchen and Livingroom and all other spaces are common spaces and will be shared and agreed upon between roommates. First floor is 2 car garage with a mud room, then the 2nd floor is kitchen, living room and balcony with one bedroom and a bath right outside of it.
Up to the 3rd floor is laundry area and the master bedroom as well as 3rd bedroom with its own private bathroom. One professional female living there.
