Lease Takeover at Lodge of Athens

Description

I am subleasing my ground-floor, furnished ba apartment in a ba unit at The Lodge of Athens from August - July , with the option to renew the lease. Rent is $/month and utilities average $/month. The entire unit comes furnished. If you would like more information and/or unit specific pictures/video tour, reach out to me. Your room will be equipped with a mattress, bed frame, desk/desk chair, and two 2 drawer clothes chests. The living room comes furnished with a couch, dining room table, bar stools, and tv.
