Hi!

My fiancé and I just signed a -month lease in February , but due to a sudden job relocation, we’re having to move back to San Diego much sooner than expected.

We’re looking for someone to either take over our entire apartment or rent it by the room—we’re flexible and just hoping to avoid for a beautiful space we can’t live in.

This apartment is sq. ft. and truly feels like luxury living. It’s a top-floor unit (3rd floor) with -foot ceilings, tons of natural light, hardwood floors throughout, and walk-in closets in both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully updated, and there’s central AC/heating plus an in-unit washer and dryer. The wraparound balcony might be our favorite part—it has a private view of Lake Norman. We were the first tenants to move in, so everything is still brand new.

We’re open to both short- and long-term options, and we’re flexible on credit and background requirements. We're also happy to cover utilities (electric, water, gas, trash, etc.) for the first few months to make things easier.
