Private room and bathroom for rent

I’m Zach, I’m and I’m looking for someone to fill the second room in the townhouse I’m renting. NO PETS! I have a cat in here already and he hates animals, I have to be able to trust you with him as he is my whole world. Rent is plus utilities so expect around a month. I’m very picky so please make sure you read through this! I serve tables so I work nights and I am either inside chilling or out hiking that’s pretty much it.
