Looking for a female roommate to fill my double at Hollister Villages for the school year! We have the master room, very large living space, fully furnished, close to campus, Costco is right across the street, and the freeway entrances are very very nearby as well. On property, we have a pool and a clubhouse with studying spots, grill/bar area, and a small gym. Rent is without utilities, however with is about ! Please reach out!!
