ISO Lady Roommate (room available)

Description

Oak Tree Mobile Home Park, $ for a room. Can get dimensions if youre interested, we would be sharing utilities (water and trash is included in rent, so electric and wifi is not included in the $.) My mother owns the trailer and we would be splitting lot rent (rent should be going up to $ in a couple months.)
Looking for a lady who is largely sober and generally clean, the rest we can feel out. Would need to provide their own bed, but I can furnish the house. Family may be taking the washer and dryer, so the laundromat may be a necessity until I can afford to get a washer and dryer personally.

I smoke outside, dont have any pets of my own, and intend to have my boyfriend spend the evening with me a couple times a week.
