SUBLEASING at Rams Pointe RENT $

SUBLEASING an apartment at Rams Pointe from August th. RENT $ + Internet (parking not included). I will be studying abroad during the Fall semester, so I need someone to take over my lease. This is close to the CSU campus, and there is a bus stop a 5-minute walk away from the property. As well as King Soopers and a Dutch Bro's close by, and a clubhouse with a gym and pool. There are 2 other roommates, but they are great to live with! I can take care of the security deposit, and the apartment is already furnished. Let me know if you're interested or would like more info!
