We are looking for a housemate to join us in our 3 bedroom home! Move in date ASAP, My name is Jake () and I have been living in this home for 5 years now! I live with Haley who is () who has lived here for 2 years! Haley and I each have a cat, who are both extremely friendly and cuddly!

Rent is a month for your own room and includes utilities, which for Santa Barbara is a deal!!

There is a down payment due on signing as well. All payments are made through a portal on Sierra property management

The photos shown were listed by the leasing agency, but if you are interested in living here, I am happy to send updated photos and videos of all rooms and bathrooms.

The living room contains 3 large couches and a shared TV!

The available bedroom has a 2 door closet and will share the full bathroom with me, I’m % open to cleaning it weekly or having a chore chart.

There is tons of room in the kitchen for storage, as well as a fully cleared cubby in the closet for extra storage space in the living room area.

As of recently, our washing machine broke, however we are currently in the process of getting it repaired / replaced 🙂

Parking is in the back of our unit off street, shared with our lovely downstairs neighbors. We live above a very quiet and friendly family.
