Mountain retreat, close to town

Description

Huge bedroom in a sq ft house. Private bath, with tub and shower. I travel often and work in the loft on occasion. I’m out of the house often, but it’d be great to do a dinner or movie on occasion. The room is fully furnished, with a desk and TV. Internet and all utilities are included. I have a music studio downstairs that is soundproofed, and is mainly only electric drums which are silent. It’s possible to share that space if you play. Has every instrument. Large Firepit and swinging day bed on porch. Quiet and serene.
