Private Master Bedroom

I have a private master bedroom for rent with a nice big closet, carpet and some furniture (no bed). Rent is /month utilities included, There is a $ deposit with $ refundable. Requires background and credit check ($) due and payable prior to move in.

I am easy going, laid back and own a very sweet Chihuahua. I am neat and love to cook out on the grill and bake often. I work full time and own 2 businesses.

You will have full access to the washer/dryer, kitchen, living room, dining room and patio with a small portable hot tub.

The room will be completely cleared out (just have to move my desk).
