There is a park across the street and the community is quiet and very friendly. Currently looking for a good person that is responsible, has a steady income and is respectful. The room comes furnished with an Italian oak bedroom set, a California King Tempur-pedic bed, inch LED TV, a three door closet. Utilities are included. Bathroom is located right next to the room. Fast speed fios Wi-Fi Internet available. Front of house parking. New modern technology appliances. Kitchen is available to prep and cook and enjoy your meals. The house has Solar also home water filter and softener system. Currently there is myself and another roommate. They will only be a total of three people living in the home at anytime. Myself and the other roommate are very easy-going and good to be around. My goal is to make sure everyone in the home is comfortable and vibes are good. Little bit about myself originally from Idaho. I’m a follower of Jesus Christ. I owned this house for years. Very approachable and understanding. I tend to keep to myself, but do enjoy a good conversation.
