Couple looking for a room to rent

Hello I’m a year old beauty professional I am newly disabled so at this time I am going to school for trichology.. my fiance is a yr old masters degree in psychology professional who works with autistic children as well as do delivery jobs on his free time.. we are both moving back to California and are trying to establish our life and build together. We are both clean and tidy house guest. I retired early from being a flight attendant so I am very strong with respecting shared space we are a young couple who enjoys the outside shooting pool and being social but also love a quiet private life. We are looking for long lease terms but will be willing to do 6 months at a time.. I love to cook and make a house feel like a home I would love to have someone give us a try so we can have a foundation to continue our education
