bath apartment for rent at the Monarch Crest Apartments. Rent is $ plus usually around $ for utilities. There is a huge walk-in closet. We just moved because we bought a house and need someone to take over the rest of our lease as soon as possible. We lived there almost 2 years and enjoyed it a lot. It is on the top floor and is a 5 minute drive or less to anything you may need. Our lease goes until the end of August and then you would have the option to renew the lease for a whole year. If you could move in during July, the price would be pro-rated since we have already paid July rent. The place comes with 1 free parking spot and another for $/month if you wanted to add it. Pet rent is $/pet up to two pets. Everyone else in the building is super nice. The apartment is very close to Regis University in Denver. Communal laundry is in the basment.
