Looking for a responsible, clean roommate to share my 2-bedroom home in Holiday Hills (between st / Yale and Harvard). You’ll get a spacious unfurnished bedroom with windows with blinds, and carpeted floors.
• Full access to shared spaces: kitchen, living room, laundry, backyard
• Shared access to main hallway bathroom (I have my own private master bath)
• Rent: $/month + half of utilities (~$/month)

• 6-month lease preferred, with potential to renew

I’m a working professional and live in the home. Looking for someone respectful, financially stable, and reasonably quiet. No smoking or drugs. Pets negotiable.
