In - Unit Laundry, AC - 1st floor with large balcony. Dog friendly. Amenities include pool, spa, park/playground, gym, sauna+steam room, tennis/pickelball courts, basketball courts. 1 parking space.

Apartment is super spacious for a studio. King size bed, couch, coffee table work in here no problem. 4 barstools around kitchen peninsula.
