Looking for a roommate. Move in ready now. Unfurnished room and your own bathroom. In Cedar Bluff area ( min drive to UT and Downtown. 5 minute drive to laundry facility. I have two cats and a bearded dragon so no more pets. I’m not home a whole lot. No smokers. Looking for someone that is clean and takes care of basic things. Must pass background check(non-refundable $ deposit and $ a month with utilities and internet included. 6 month minimum or month available.
