Hello,
My mother and I are disabled and are looking for housing in El Paso County for a maximum of 6 months. We both will have caregivers coming into the home to help us, and require a downstairs living space with a roll-in or low-step shower (to accommodate our shower chairs). I will also have a Hoyer lift for bed transfers. We have a maximum combined budget of $ per month to spend and are looking to move in within the next days. Ideally, the space is already accessible in the entryway.
I have other listings on this platform because I'm working on a more permanent move after this lease is up, so please disregard them.

I am a physically challenged and highly educated adult who needs a downstairs living area with a shower, which has a very small to no step up into it, to allow my shower chair to get into it. I will have Personal Care Assistants coming in to get me in and out of bed with a Hoyer lift and to assist with dressing, showering, and making sure I have meals. My wheelchair is powered, and if the area that I will be living in has stairs to get in, I must be able to use a portable ramp.I cannot have dogs around me, and am fine with signing a liability waiver, as well as obtaining rental insurance..
