Room for rent and minimal shared br

Description

Me and my small family are renting a room in our bathroom apartment. Our living space is very spacious and the bedroom comes unfurnished so you can decorate how you like. We have two dogs (both Belgian Malinois) and a small backyard. We have a 3 bedroom and 2 bath bungalow style apartment so it has a back yard and no shared walls with other tenants. We only use the second bathroom to bathe our infant baby and for guests. Rent would be $ which includes rent, utilities, and SRP.
