Hi everyone! My roommates Naa, Valerie, and I are looking for 1 new roommate. We live in a bathroom house on the West side in Westchester (about 7 mins from LAX). The rent is $/mo (excluding utilities) for the smaller room. We have an in unit washer and dryer, and 2 fridges. The lease would start August 1 and would be a 1 year lease.

Location: We are about a min drive to the beach and super close to Trader Joe's , CVS, Ralph's, Loyola Marymount University, Bristol Farms, Starbucks etc. It is an extremely walkable neighborhood!

About me: I am yo, work in film market research, like to be outdoors (hiking, going to the beach, playing dports, and skiing), and enjoy movie nights with friends and housemates in the backyard.

About Naa: She is yo, Ghanaian-American, a graduate of Loyola Marymount University, works in entertainment, and loves working out and trying new restaurants around LA.

We are looking for a female that we can ideally be roommates and friends with.
