Looking for a roommate who doesn’t smoke, and is considerate of the shared spaces. I do have 1 pet, a cat. Her stuff is in a corner on the first floor. I do not allow her in the guest bedroom. Once you move in, it is up to you if you want to keep her out or not. Friendly and very quiet. The chillest pet I’ve been around.

Lease agreement for 6 months or a month, utilities included. Washer/dryer on 3rd floor. Deposit equal to one month rent to be returned at end of lease unless major repairs are required of room.

About me, working professional in IT. Big movie buff. Second floor uses a projector as tv for movies. Also into photography and reading. More of a night person, however during the week, try to wind down after pm.
