This is the living room of an apartment in Largo. It's semi private in that there is a door to my room which will be closed unless I'm using the kitchen, bathroom, or exiting the unit.

Rent is $/month includes utilities (electric and water)

Must pass background check and income verification.

No pets and no smoking.

Futon included if you want it or you can bring your own furniture.
