Hey everyone! I work at UVA as a CRC and will be moving out at the end of July. I’m looking for an apartment and/or roommates. A previous housing plan fell through due to a travel delay with one of the roommates which caused a shift in timeline/plans.

A little about me: I love hiking, movie nights, exploring wineries, learning guitar, and concerts in the summer

A few general things I look for in roommates:
-Clean Common Areas - especially the kitchen. I usually do my dishes same-day so I don’t forget, but understand everyone has diff. preferences-as long as we not to leave unwashed dishes in the sink longer than hours. Not leaving open food out on the counter for extended periods of time
-Splitting up common area chores—I’d be open to a chore chart if that’s easier for us
-Communication with guests coming over- Absolutely no problem with guests coming or going- I’d just appreciate having a heads up helps to have an idea of what I’d be coming back to.
-Respect for each other's space— potentially dividing pantry/fridge space, not eating each other’s food unless offered, etc.
-Temperature- preference would be around
