Hello! My roommate, fiancé, and I are looking for a roommate :) the house is a bath with a big garage and backyard. The neighborhood is quiet with everyone down the street being retired besides us. We all have full time jobs on different schedules . We keep the place clean and respect each other’s spaces. House is furnished besides your room. You will have to apply through the property management company :) We don’t know what the total cost of utilities are but once we do, we split them up:)
