Private Room / Shared Bath

Description

We are three software engineers, and we seek a fourth person to occupy an empty room in our apartment. Your room would be private, but you would share a bathroom with two of us. You would pay about a hundred dollars per month for utilities. We are clean, respectful, and focused on our careers.

The previous roommate left a desk, dresser, computer chair, and two lamp/lights. We'll keep them for you, but they're totally optional. You will need to buy a mattress or bed of some sort unless you like to sleep on the ground.

We want to add you to the lease, which ends in twelve months. You can always get off of it because we make enough money to qualify on our own. The only reason we want you on it is that the apartment complex has official rules that every adult resident must be on the lease. If the lease requirement is a major issue, we can discuss alternatives.
