I am looking for a neat & tidy, trustworthy person to share a house with my retired mum.
You will have The Master Bedroom, with Full Ensuit & space for a car in a secure remote control garage, with access to a small shed for storage. There is a big backyard & pets are welcome if they get along with the existing poodle. The room comes either furnished with a , or unfurnished if you prefer. Cigarette smoking is allowed outside. Close to shops & public transport.
Rent is pw including bills + internet. Bond is 4 weeks rent if furnished or 2 weeks rent unfurnished.
Room is available from November.
