Private Room for schoolyear

Hi I'm AnaSofia and my roommate Justin and I are looking for a roommate to take over the third, currently private, in our co-ed apartment, as our current roommate is moving out. We are open to singles or doubles looking to move in! The lease for the year begins on August th.

Apartment:

The apartment is on Roebling Ave in Westwood, min walk from Ackerman. We have three tandem parking spots, only one is used right now. Spacious common spaces and we have a patio. Bathroom is shared with me. Rent is + utilities, normally around total. The building has a washer dryer that uses the wash-connect app. We are on the top floor so no upstairs neighbors.

About Us: Justin and I are going into our senior year, I'm a Biology and Geology major and Justin is a Sociology major. I enjoy board and video games, raves/concerts, cooking, and movies. We are also fairly social people and often have friends over quite late. We are , alcohol, and LGBTQ+ friendly. I am also the very proud owner of two very friendly and well behaved cats. The most important thing to us in a roommate is that our social gatherings don't bother you and that hopefully we vibe and can hangout!
