Looking to split a bath

Description

Manufactured home I will take the master, you get choice of the other two bedrooms we can share the third, shared living room kitchen and laundry room. Dishwasher in the kitchen, I have two cats and a puppy. Rules, I’d like at least min notice of guests I’ll give you the same, guests should use your bathroom and my guests will use mine, we can discuss further rules together, utilizes per month I have furniture for the community spaces. There are laundry hook ups in time I intend to purchase the equipment so not right away but eventually there will be laundry
